The event was successful! It was a beautiful day. All About You HealthCare Advocates would like to sincerely & humbly thank the Calvary Chapel Crossfield Church, Saint Peter’s University Hospital, CVS Pharmacy and the Middlesex County Health & Human services for their support. We would also like to thank all of our volunteers who went over and beyond to help us! We couldn’t have done it without each and everyone of them.
Their support enable our organization to offer the community free Health Screenings, Flu Vaccines, Education on Disaster Preparedness, Proper Nutrition for those with Diabetes, and Assistance with Health Insurance Registration.
We would like to thank the Jamesburg’s Police and Fire Department who participated and provided our community members with important tips on Fire Safety and Child Safety Identification Cards.
