Our Client Advocacy program (CAP) operated by licensed medical professionals is designed to provide our clients with the educational tools and clinical support that will help empower our clients to formulate an action plan with their healthcare provider(s) that “best suits their needs” thereby promoting the best clinical outcomes.

We will offer one-on-one healthcare consultation services on an as needed basis to our clients

Healthcare Advocacy

We will attentively listen to our clients’ questions and concerns and work diligently to seek answers and solutions to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their healthcare services. We will take a proactive role to ensure the outcome is in our clients’ favor

Joint Alliance

We will work collaboratively with our clients’ healthcare provider(s) to bridge any gaps between our clients and healthcare provider(s)

Obtain Medical Records and Clinical Review

We will offer one-on-one healthcare consultation services on an as needed basis to our clients

Community Outreach

We will connect our clients with community resources available to them and their families
