Le’Shonna is a native of New Jersey and was raised in a family of healthcare professionals. She saw the importance of quality healthcare and the commitment required to make a difference from an early age. Her professional career began as a pharmacy tech, working in both commercial and hospital settings. Through these experiences, she built her skill sets, taking on the toughest challenges and delivering excellence in every aspect of her roles. Ultimately, she went on to earn her LPN and currently works in the pediatric department at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. In her role, she is focused on the quality care of her pediatric patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and providing one-on-one bedside care for the pediatric patients under her care.

Her personal story deeply connects her to the importance of quality healthcare and patient advocacy. She is the mother of two children, one who was born premature and requires extensive attention and care.
