On September 27, 2025, All About You Healthcare Advocates, Inc. (AAYHA) hosted our 4th Annual Community Health Event in Jamesburg, NJ — and it was nothing short of extraordinary.

Held at Calvary Chapel Crossfields, with the generous support of our beloved Pastor, this event was a living testament to what happens when faith, compassion, and collaboration come together. Families from Jamesburg and Monroe Township gathered in a safe, welcoming space to receive care, education, and resources — all provided at no cost to the community.

💚 Our Impact

Together, we provided:

• 22 cardiovascular risk assessments including screenings for hypertension and diabetes
• Distributed 15+ blood pressure monitors and glucometers
• Education on healthy eating, exercise, and the importance of primary care
• Follow‑up support to connect individuals with appointments, insurance, and diabetes programs

Every service was delivered free of charge, ensuring that cost was never a barrier to care.

🤝 Partnering for Change

We were blessed to work alongside incredible partners who brought expertise, resources, and heart:

• Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired — 25 eye exams, 10 free eyeglasses
• Saint Peter’s University Hospital — 13 flu vaccines
• Aetna NJ FamilyCare — Medicaid education and enrollment
• Hackensack Meridian Health — 9 HIV screenings and STD education
• RWJBarnabas Health —  healthcare navigation, food, and transportation support
• Middlesex County Health & Human Services — cancer/diabetes education, COVID tests, healthy cookbooks
• Center for Family Services — insurance navigation and application assistance
• KinderSmiles — oral health education and 7 free dental appointments for uninsured individuals
• Wellspring Center for Prevention — addiction recovery education and Narcan training
• Clover Health — Medicare and private plan enrollment support

Each partner played a vital role in helping us serve our community with dignity, compassion, and no‑cost solutions.

This event was not a one‑day effort — it was a launchpad. AAYHA is committed to following up with every individual we serve, ensuring they can access the care and services they were connected to. We’re building bridges to lasting health, one step at a time.
