Our team of volunteers at All About You Healthcare Advocates are so excited for the opportunity to offer our clinical expertise and loving hearts to serve the community members in Trenton, NJ on 07/23/23, sponsored by the Rutgers Global Health Institute.
Our goal is to promote Health Literacy and direct community members we serve to proper resources so that they may gain access to primary and preventive care. Our team will be offering free Cardiovascular exams, health screenings for High Blood Pressure and Diabetes.
