Katherine Villacis

Director of Operations & Community Outreach
All About You Healthcare Advocates

Katherine's upbringing was rooted in the values of a traditional immigrant family, whose humble origins in the U.S. trace back to Brooklyn, NY. From a young age, her exposure to community service at a local soup kitchen during the holidays left an indelible mark on her. This transformative experience sparked an enduring commitment, leading her to annually contribute either her time or resources to support her community.

Graduating with a double major from Seton Hall University, Katherine commenced her professional journey while still in college, securing internships with both a U.S. Congressman and a U.S. Senator in New Jersey. Although initially poised for a career in politics, Katherine discovered her true passion lay in the realm of non-profit work. This pivotal realization redirected her trajectory, setting the stage for a meaningful and impactful career dedicated to serving the community through purpose-driven initiatives.

Katherine’s diverse professional experiences, marked by a tenacious commitment to excellence and an adept handling of formidable challenges, align seamlessly with her role as the Director of Operations and Community Outreach at All About You Healthcare Advocates. In Katherine’s capacity as director, she has not only refined her skills but also established a track record of consistently achieving excellence in every aspect of her roles to enhance the operational efficiency and community outreach initiatives of All About You Healthcare Advocates. Further contributing to her reputation as a reliable and proficient professional with an unwavering work ethic is her commitment to ensuring the organization’s continued success in providing exceptional healthcare advocacy services and fostering meaningful connections within the community.
When Katherine is not working, she spends time with her family or travels to different parts of the world. During the summer of 2021, she decided to take a sabbatical and dedicated her time to traveling for a year and a half. She enjoys immersing herself in different cultures, learning new languages, going on spontaneous adventures, dancing, and reading.

Tanesha’s career began over two decades ago as an RN. She worked bedside, serving and caring for patients. She has held positions as an advanced nurse practitioner and hospitalist in internal medicine and family practice, and has practiced at numerous distinguished healthcare facilities, such as Saint Peter’s University Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Princeton Medical Center.

Her experience in healthcare took on a different dimension after she became a patient herself and was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder in 2017. After successfully overcoming her health obstacles with rehabilitation and emotional support, she was driven to become an advocate for others struggling to seek quality healthcare treatment.
